CrashBurst — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the CrashBurst website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AESHA Technology Services Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Full operator details are on our Imprint page.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be legally permitted to use online skill- or chance-based gaming services in your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits such services, you must not use the Service.
• You may only hold one (1) account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created to circumvent limits may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates and their immediate family members may not participate in promotional features.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromise of your credentials.

4. Deposits, withdrawals & balances

• All balances on the Service are denominated in US Dollars (USD). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate provided by our payment partners at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or terms-of-service violations.
• Minimum withdrawal: USD $5.00. Payment-provider fees may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• We are not a bank. Balances do not earn interest and are not insured.

5. Game rules & fairness

Crash is a multiplier game. Each round the multiplier starts at 1.00× and grows until it crashes at a pre-determined point derived from a committed server seed. Players who cash out before the crash win at the multiplier they cashed out at; players who do not cash out in time lose their stake. The house edge is fixed at 5%.

Our provably-fair implementation commits a SHA-256 hash of the server seed before each round and reveals the seed after the round, so any player can verify the result independently.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or perform withdrawals.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour for financial gain. Funds obtained from exploits will be reversed.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or laundering funds through the Service.
• Harassment, abuse, or illegal content in chat. Moderators may delete messages and ban chatters without notice.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate promotions, tips, or rain.

Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to authorities where required by law.

7. Tips & rain

Tip and rain transfers are final. Once confirmed in chat they cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for verifying the recipient username before tipping.

8. Bonuses & promotions

Any bonus, faucet credit, or promotional reward is issued at our discretion and may be subject to wagering or eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

9. Responsible gaming

Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. If gambling stops being fun or begins to cause financial or personal harm, please stop and seek help. Resources: BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy, NCPG.

10. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, upgrades, legal, or business reasons.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AESHA Technology Services Limited and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total net amount you have paid to the Service in that period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via site notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
